Workout not saved on Device, and not "shared" with TP

What happened here? The app has been working perfectly until this update. How can I get my data to TP? Why can't I see the file on the site? Please send it to me so I can upload it for my coach.
I looked into the settings and TrainingPeaks logging was OFF! Why? It wasn't on 12/2 when I did my last workout. But more importantly, why is the activity not saved on the device?

I've got an erroneous workout with the same date as an earlier bug reporter. This can't have anything to do with how we interacted with the app during the workout. As you know, I've been using this app for almost a year. My habits are consistent. I didn't even realize the app had been updated until I saw the bars at the bottom of the screen.
