I have a 26"x1.95" when i convert that to mm it comes to 660 but the smallest Wheel Circumference your app has is 940mm. Do you have anyway i can change that?

wheel circumference
The "wheel circumference" used by the app is the "roll-out" distance commonly used by cycle computers. The most accurate way to do this, since it depends on the tire (and different brands differ widely in the actual circ), is to actually "roll out" the tire on the floor and measure.
But you can look it up too:

note that a 26x1.9 tire is about 2055 mm roll-out.
