Hello,
Is there a way to set a specific wattage for and interval. For example 200 watts for 10 mins then 350 watts for 5 mins and so on?
Thanks
Kevin

ERG mode
Yes indeed.
By default the interval displays "Pace" as a field, but in the Variable Resistance Trainer section of the workout edit form, check the "Display ERG value field" checkbox and it will remove the Pace field and display an ERG field instead. That's were to enter the specific wattage for the interval. You can also toggle the apps usage of that field to "FTP %". This is useful because if your FTP (functional threshold power) changes over time, you won't have to change this workout. So if your workout has a 10 minute interval at threshold watts and your FTP is 300, you set this field to 100 (%) and next year when your ftp is 315, you will only have to change your FTP in the website or app setting and the 10 minute interval will be run at 315 watts.
