iphone won't load personal workouts

Will load public workouts, but not personal. All background apps are turned off when loading. iphone 4s.
I saw a similar issue on the list and resolved the problem, thanks!

You entered your imobileintervals user/pwd in the app settings? Personal workouts load fine for me.
