Deletes all downloaded workouts. Prevents app from starting. Must do a reboot of phone to get app to launch. Then one has to redownload workouts again

Update:

App no longer requires a reboot of the phone. However the app will not retain/remember downloaded workouts. Each time you launch the app the workout is blank and requires you to go back and redownload workouts.

Update:

App still removed all stored workout. Each time you start the app you have to redownload the workout.

Any eta?

Update:

Same issue. Did everyone leave on holiday?

Hi,

Thanks for the response. Yes the most updated app. I sent you some diagnostic from the phone in my email to you. If I delete the app will it also delete my historic ride data?

workout storage

Sorry about the communications problem; the mailserver stopped working so we weren't getting alerts about issues.

I have tested this on iPhone with 9.2 and can't reproduce. It seems like something is happening to crash the app when the app is closing, and it prevents saving of the app state on shutdown.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? Are you using the lastest version 3.13.2?
