Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor works intermittently

The data from my Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor seems to only be "seen" intermittently--which results in spurious average speeds and distances cataloged as being in the 1000's of miles (was working out on my rollers, so the app seems to drift between seeing my sensor, and when not, using GPS--which I am stationary). My Garmin watch sees the data continuously, I replaced the sensor battery, and the Wahoo utility (and iMi app) say the sensor signal is 100%. My Powertab hub data displays just fine. Any thoughts on how this can be fixed, or what I might be doing wrong?

powertap + speed/cadence
This looks like a bug, as the app should prefer the speed/cadence sensor data over what is sent by the powertap hub. There were some substantial changes in the last version pertaining to power data and this might have been broken.
Pending a fix in the next version, you should discontinue use of the GSC-10 and use the speed and cadence data sent by the PowerTap.
