Garmin Connect

Any suggestions in getting IMI to login to Garmin Connect. I've triple checked my login and password and their correct. How do I tell if the software has authenticated the login? Thanks much!

Another idea is to sync with sporttracks.mobi, which can then sync with garmin. I am a sporttracks.mobi user also so this would work for me. Not sure about the OP. I know garmin want $5k or something to setup sync. Perhaps sporttracks.mobi is free?

Hi,

It turns out that sync DOES work for Garmin Connect on iMobileIntervals. Its their authentication, workouts and calendar API that doesn't. iMobileIntervals isn't able to validate your user/pwd anymore, but make sure that you have input it correctly and try to send a workout result to Garmin. It should alert that it was sent and it should show up on Garmin.

So today I had a look at Garmin Connect integration, and I'm surprised to see that the app is again able to check if it has a good GC user/pwd and load workouts and calendar from GC. I did upgrade to iOS 8, but I don't think that had anything to do with it. Are other folks still unable to access Garmin Connect workouts?

I used imobileintervals on my iPhone 6 every day this week. My garmin credentials are correclty entered in the app, but not a single day has been uploaded to garmin connect. FYI, I am not using the classic view on Garmin Connect if that matters. Also, the workouts that I sync from imobileintervals to dropbox, and then import into GC still show the wrong distance. Perhaps this is because it is GPS distance instead of wheel meter distance?

I would actually prefer sporttracks.mobi integration. I am not sure I will always have a Garmin, and sporttracks on my desktop is way better than GC.

Garmin Connect has stopped

Garmin Connect has stopped working for Wahoo Fitness app uploads also.

I've opened a ticket with Garmin. They say they are working on a solution, but that they officially don't support 3rd party apps for upload.

Both IMI and Wahoo used to work until about mid February when Garmin rolled out some changes.
