I created an FTP test and I am would like to ask you if you could add the feature of auto calculation of the FTP at 95% of the 20m interval as you have on your own.
I thought I read some where you could do it but I had to contact you.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards

ftp test calculation
I don't think that's going to work. The 20minute 95% calculation assumes a 20 minute interval to take an average wattage from, and that interval should be in fixed resistance mode. Your workout looks like this, a block of 4.
5 minutes [ERG watts = 95% of FTP]
5 minutes [ERG watts = 110% of FTP]
5 minutes [ERG watts = 115% of FTP]
5 minutes [ERG watts = 121% of FTP]
The block interval acts a a container to these 4, but it doesn't have its own duration.
Also, forcing the athlete to maintain a set watts during the test seems to defeat the purpose of the test. And is a last 5 mins at 121% even possible if the
ftp is accurate to start with?
