Clone Function

When i used the Clone function it cloned everything except wether to use % of FTP or Watts. Not a big deal until I was already on the trainer and discovered the error. I had to get off the trainer and get on my iPad to correct it. But once it was corrected on the website I couldn't figure out how to re download it to my phone. I dont see anyway to delete a workout anywhere

Deleting workouts
A workout is copied locally under "Workouts" when loaded from "Online". Inside a workout in "Workouts" there is a Delete button, right next to the "Begin" button.
