Cannot Upload workout to Garmin Connect

After my workout iMobileIntervals tries to upload the file to Garmin Connect but gets an error:
"Could not login to Garmin Connect" I am using the iPhone iMobileIntervals Version 3.20, the most recent version on the App Store.

Please update to 3.21 if you have not done so. This version adjusts to a change in the Garmin Connect login.
