I go to Settings, Sensors, Power Meters and Scan...
Stages Power meter does not appear ???

iMobileIntervals + Stages
As of version 3.2 iMi works well with Stages, and its also possible to use Stages and KICKR at the same time.
Stages BLE Powermeter
I'll have to ask WahooFitness about this. Are you able to connect using the WahooFitness app? iMobileIntervals has never been tested with a Stages power meter, but it connects to the KICKR trainer using the Bluetooth low-power powermeter profile, so there shouldn't be a problem.
