Authentication - IMI and Garmin both say NO

My dashboard says I am not iMi Authenticated and I cannot access my personal workouts from the app. I have my username and password entered in the app.
Any idea what is wrong?
FYI my garmin Connect account is also displaying NO in authentication

Garmin travails
After not working all summer, as of September Garmin's API seems to be completely functional again. I'm going to close this issue, reopen if anyone has any problems with Garmin.

Garmin Connect is broken at the moment, and not just for iMobileIntervals. There were recent breaking changes to their api and we are waiting for official API support.
As for your iMi login, You should check for typos. Changing your password on the website and entering the new one in the app might be a good way to be sure that the password isn't the problem.
