App showing as "installing" for more than 24 hours now

Hi Ransom - I thought the app was simply updating yesterday, but it has been sitting with "installing..." under it for more than 24 hours now. I have had this installed for about 2.5-3 years now, so not a new install. Have you seen this before? Added screenshot for reference.
Any thoughts on how to kick it in the booty to either finish or re-install?

I have not seen this problem. Did you resolve it? Force quit and try to install again?
