App isn't working

I just purchased the app for my iPhone and signed up for the website. I can't see how to get my phone to check the website for personal workouts, I have put my username and password into settings but it isn't authenticating.

The app also had trouble syncing with my Kickr and TickrX, it found them both and connected but then didn't save them.

Finally the app crashed several times as I was trying to set it up. I ultimately went back and did my workout on Wahoo Fitness.

Any suggestions, I have Version 3.11.3

Thanks, that seems to have worked!

I will upload another workout and give it a try tomorrow.

Sounds like maybe you should turn bluetooth off and on again, the crash is probably from the CoreBluetooth framework. Try connecting to the KICKR and Ticker, close the app and reopen, it should have remembered your sensors and connect automatically.

For the user login, Its very likely a bad password. Make sure your pwd works on the website, and you might try to set the user and pwd in the app to something that you know is wrong, go to the Online to have it try the login, then back to settings and set it to the correct pwd and try again. It could be that the crashes you had resulted in something getting corrupted in the logins.
