app has issues

After the last update, I get my rides starting with 20ish miles on them and a TSS of 182 at time=0. Then when I try to upload the results to Strava, either they won't upload or the results are messed up when i view them in Strava.

Is this a real outdoor ride or a trainer ride?
I upload all my outdoor rides to Strava, and I've never had them messed up. And is the TSS problem as viewed in the app while doing the workout or after upload to somewhere?
