Workout won't upload to Garmin Connect or Dropbox

I have done a workout and saved it but it did not upload to Garmin Connect or Dropbox.
Also when I go to history and try it upload later - same issue. It is uploaded on the imobileintervals website but from there I can not export to .TCX
