Upload Problems

During the last month or so I have been unable to get the app to upload my completed workouts to Training Peaks or Strava which it previously did with no problems. I have tried everything that I can think of to fix this including deleting and re installing but with no result. Can you please suggest what migh be causing the issue. Many thanks. Richard
