FOCUS: Endurance Focused and Lower Stress

WARM UP:

20-30 min smooth warm up Z1 with fast rpm (small chain ring)
MAIN SET:

75 to 2 hours low stress endurance Z2 only. Form-focused.
TRAINER OPTION:

WARM UP:

10 minutes as needed
MAIN SET:

60 minute continuous journey:

10 min Z1 spin fast rpm
4 rounds of 10 minutes:

2 min Z2
2 min Z2 dropping rpm to 50 rpm
2 min Z2/Z3 at 50 rpm
2 min Z2 ramping rpm to 90 rpm
1 min Z1 fast rpm
1 min Z1 choice rpm
Finish with 10 min Z1 fast rpm.
