For this workout I would reccomend using an indoor trainer.
Warm-up
15min CP180
5min CP120
5min CP90
5min CP60
Then start
7x(1min left leg/1min right leg)
then warm down with 15min CP180
When you do these the OFF leg should be UNCLIPPED and resting on something. The leg that is spinning should be at around 90 cadence and there should be little to no resistance. The goal is to develop leg speed and a smooth pedaling style with just one leg at a time. You will notice that you must pull and push with the same leg. Look up a video on YouTube if you are confused as what to do.
