Private Group

My name is Wade Holmberg and I coach cycling at a fitness studio. I would like to be able to share the workouts I have created with my customers. I have requested to be made a coach and I have not received a response. I made my first request about 6 weeks ago. I also tried making my workouts public but received notification that my request was denied and that I should create a private group. Could you please send along detailed step by step instructions for either creating a private group or using coach status? I would really like to continue using your app and share it with my customers but as of yet I have no way of sharing workouts. Thank you.
