Intensity Zones

The intensity zones used in IMobileIntervals are as follows:

Level 1 - Recovery: < 55% of FTP
Level 2 - Endurance: 55% - 83% of FTP
Level 3 - Sub-LT (Tempo): 84% - 95% of FTP
Level 4a - Lactate Threshold: 96% > 99% of FTP
Level 4b - Super-LT: 100% > 105% of FTP
Level 5 - VO2-Max: 106% >120% of FTP
Level 6 - Sub-Maximal > 121% of FTP
Level 7 - Maximal: undefined as % of FTP
