Data Transfer to Training Peaks

I did a workout for 1 hour but when the data transfers to training peaks and garmin connect it is only 55min.
any ideas why ?
I tried to attach the specific workout but it couldn't be uploaded as the file was 1.24mb and you have a limit of 1mb.
