App failure

Hi I have updated to version 3.18 3rd Jan 2017 now the app won't open at all. Is this a known issue?
Reloaded the app, fixed that issue but now Music Selections can't be opened to add songs, has a circle with a line across it. ?? I believe it says not supported but can't see anything other than "not s"
