Add comment cues to ERG files

Trainer road supports text cues. You can import an ERG to iMi but if you want text cues (i.e. including cadence) it sure would be nice to be able to import text cues as such:

Also, I have written a tool that convert PerfPro JSON .ppsmrx files. It currently doesn't export this tag but I could easily add it. You're free to use this tool if you like:
