Is there a complete list of display values for the RFLKT with the app? Particularity in seeing real-time how much time has been spent in each power zone.

Sorry, there isn't much space on the RFLKT display, and we don't have a customizable display. It will show elapsed time, lap/interval time, instant power, hr, cad, speed, and in a scrolling/rotating line at the top, current song/telemetry status (open-ended) or for interval workouts, a scrolling now/next interval text.
